This package is ideal if you want strong emotional and practical support during pregnancy, plus guidance before and after your pregnancy.

Empowered Package

For those who want a little more holding and extra check-ins as their due date approaches, plus extra postpartum care.

  • 6 hours antenatal support

  • Weekly check-ins from 38 weeks (Zoom or in Person)

  • On-call period

  • Labour and birth support

  • 6 hours postnatal support

  • Message support for 4 weeks postpartum

  • Unlimited contact from 9-8pm

Perfect if you want more time to prepare, explore your pregnancy, birth and parenting journey.

Nurtured Package

For those who want a little more support on the day they need it most.

  • Face-to-face antenatal appointment

  • Ideal for a planned C-section, inductions or last minute births

  • No on-call period but can be added for £170/week

  • Labour and birth support

  • 1 postnatal support visit

  • Further antenatal or postnatal visits can be booked separately £70/hr

Perfect if you find yourself at the end of your pregnancy and realised how essential good support during the birth process is. Highly recommend the preparation packages but if you do find yourself in an unexpected situation and I’m available then this may be for you,

Labour and Birth Only

A deep and expansive level of care - nurturing, grounding and full personalised to support your unique journey.

  • Free pack of Affirmation cards

  • 8 hours antenatal support

  • Attendance to hospital or midwife appointments

  • Weekly check-ins from 38 weeks (Zoom or in Person)

  • On-call period

  • Labour and birth support

  • 10 hours postnatal support (can be an overnight if required)

  • Message support for 4 weeks postpartum

  • Unlimited contact from 9-8pm

Ideal if you value a deeper connection with on-going practical and emotional support.

Rooted Package

My Role as Your Birth Keeper/Doula

I’m here to walk beside you through your pregnancy, birth and postpartum journey - Offering emotional, physical and informational support. I do not provide any clinical care or medical advice, but I will help you tune into your instincts and feel confident in your choices.

You already have everything you need within you. My role is to hold space for you with an open heart, without judgement.
